Registration and General Secretariat: On site registration will be open everyday, from Monday September 24, 2007 through Wednesday September 26, 2007 at 8.00 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Attendance Certificate: Attendance Certificate will be issued by the Administrative Secretariat upon registration.

Weather in the second part of September in Mulhouse Region is usually continental. Temperature: daytime - max. 20 C, min. 10 C, partly cloudy.

Hotel du Parc
Confirmation of reservation: TS Loisirs will forward a personal hotel voucher by e-mail, fax or mail to the participant once payment is received. There will be no effective reservation as long as payment is not received by TS Loisirs.

All requests for extra accommodation forms can be directed to the same address. For payment information, please read carefully the instructions included on Accommodation Form. In order to avoid disappointment, fast booking is recommended. If you need to change your booking, please notify “TS Loisirs” directly.


Travel

Mulhouse
Mulhouse can easily be reached by car, train or plane: the International Airport of Basel-Mulhouse is located at about 25 km from Mulhouse; direct flights from and to most of the European countries; intercontinental connexions via Paris, Zurich, Frankfurt.
         How to reach Mulhouse

Necessary documents: Except for the EEC residents who only need valid identity card, most foreign visitors entering France need a valid passport, and depending on the nationality, some need visa. Please contact the French Consulate or Embassy or any travel agency for the right information on immigration and customs regulations.

Official letters of invitation: Official letters of invitation to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries can be sent by the Administrative Secretariat (address below) upon request. This should not, however, be construed as a financial commitment on the part of organizers.

Travel Agency: A Travel Agency will be located near the registration desk (in "Parc Expo - Congres") to provide information and services concerning accommodation, travel arrangements, and optional tours. It will be open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
